Title: Principal Technical ProfessionalSUMMARY: Candidate will be leading the team of Process Engineers involved in Pre-FEED, FEED and detailed engineering of Refinery, LNG, Oil & Gas onshore / offshore, FPSO and renewable energy projects. Job Details: 1 Candidates should have suitable process design experience in FEED/detailed engineering of at least any one Refinery, LNG, Oil & Gas onshore / offshore, FPSO projects 2 Should have led the team of engineers to execute any task / area of the project 3 Develops Process Design Basis and Design Philosophies based on scope of work 4 Should have hands on experience in preparation and review of Process simulations Heat & Material Balance, development of PFDs, P&IDs, Line sizing, Pump hydraulics, vessel sizing and preparation of datasheets, preparation of instrument data sheet, etc. 5 Experience in Process control configurations and ESD systems, equipment designs such as separators, pumps, compressors, gas treatment units. 6 Evaluates Vendor / Consultant/Licensor offers for Process Packages / Equipment, Specialized Process Engineering Studies etc. 7 Good knowledge relief valve sizing calculations and flare hydraulics 8 Knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, international standards, codes, specifications, and procedures. 9 Experience with Steam, Instrument air, Plant air, Nitrogen, Fuel gas/oil systems, Water systems (Cooling water, Chilled water, Potable water treatments, DM water, Wastewater) Design. Develops utility balance, UFD and summary for all utilities of a process plant 10 Carry out all the planning, scheduling and coordination required to execute a project. Coordinate with peers and sub-ordinates involved from other engineering Depts. 11 Maintains a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all Governmental Regulations and Corporate Safety Guidelines. MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS: 1 Candidate should be a graduate Chemical Engineer. 2 10 - 15 years of related experience as mentioned above. 3 Exposure in process simulation software 4 Good written and oral communication skills.KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Manages key business relationships with other global KBR Operating Centers
