SOTI is committed to providing its employees with endless possibilities; learning new things, working with the latest technologies and making a difference in the world.What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end content development and technical writing of engaging, technically accurate content across multiple formats — including product videos, platform walkthroughs, deep dives, shorts, and interactive courses.Collaborate with internal experts such as Product Managers, Technical Support and Customer Success Managers to ensure content reflects real-world use cases and aligns with evolving product capabilities.Demonstrate SOTI ONE platform products independently, ensuring you can confidently represent features in external-facing content without SME dependency.Translate complex technical concepts into simple, learner-friendly narratives/scripts that support onboarding, feature adoption, and customer self-sufficiency.Own the full content lifecycle — from planning and scripting through production, release, and updates.Analyze content engagement metrics and customer feedback to measure content effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.Stay current with SOTI’s product roadmap and NPI releases to proactively plan content that supports timely enablement.Experiment with modern content tools, including AI video generators, Clickup, automation platforms, and interactive content formats to improve scalability and efficiency.Maintain version control, documentation, and change management for all content within approved content repositories and learning systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Communications, Product Marketing, and relevant teams to ensure brand, tone, and compliance standards are met.Support rapid content creation needs during urgent product releases, support escalations, or high-visibility launches.Review videos and content work for accuracy and consistency, and uphold high standards for video narrative, technical depth, and learner engagement.Champion accessibility, localization readiness, and inclusive content design for global learner audiences.Experience You’ll Bring
  • Experience in mobile, Cloud, client-server, or other enterprise technologies.
  • Experience in or knowledge of Mobile Device Management as well as Server and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in recording demos using tools like ScreenPal, Camtasia,etc..,
  • Ability to learn products, features, and technologies with minimal assistance.
  • Previous working experience in technical writing or content development
  • Knowledgeable in learning methodologies and adult learning best practices
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively work with team members, peers, and stakeholders
  • Willingness to embrace change and process improvements to streamline work processes
  • Ability to concurrently work on multiple projects and remain flexible to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Become proficient in all SOTI ONE platform products (SME in several)
Additional Assets:
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
  • Basic Video Editing skills
  • Windows Enterprise Software knowledge
  • Enterprise Mobility Management knowledge
  • Any other additional programming languages
  • 3-5 years of related work portfolio experience
