We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on leveraging social media platforms. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels.What you'll bring1. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.

2. Digital Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Content Creation:

Generate engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms for social media updates, and visuals.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines.

4. SEO and Website Management:

Implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications:

5 years + of exeperience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
