We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy, with a primary focus on leveraging social media platforms. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across digital channels.What you'll bring1. Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve specific business objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms for social media updates, and visuals.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- 5 years + of exeperience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
