Location: Project SiteJob Description:We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Finishing who will be responsible for executing and supervising all finishing works at the project site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, joinery, façade, and final handover activities.Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth progress of finishing activities.Prepare daily progress reports and monitor schedules to meet project timelines.Conduct inspections and quality checks for finishing works and rectify any defects.Ensure proper material planning, usage, and control at site.Coordinate with MEP teams for interface issues during finishing stages.Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety regulations.Attend client, consultant, and internal review meetings related to finishing works.Support snag list preparation, closure, and final project handover.
