- Responsible for managing deployment, managing timeline & scope and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Project monitoring/tracking, status reporting, risk management, resource management and partner management.
- Establish an effective execution methodology and standard ways of working, characterized by a clear RACI, streamlined processes, release management and change control processes, and above all, fit-for-purpose solution design and technical architecture.
- Evangelize S/4HANA best practice driven standardization at different levels in the organization, especially with the senior executives and business leaders across the globe. Particularly important to bring in the best practices from other S/4HANA implementations and adopt the same to enable successful ERP modernization at Signify.
- Manage a growing team of S/4HANA experts & campus hires. Team strength is likely to grow in the coming years, and your primary responsibilities as a people leader will be to hire and retain top talent, provide day-to-day coaching, foster collaboration, and build a high-performance team.
- Strong experience in implementing ERP solutions (SAP ECC and S/4HANA) for global customers including greenfield implementation and multi-country roll outs.
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA application eco system, SAP Activate Methodology, and best practice driven process harmonization.
- Significant project management experience managing multi country ERP (including S/4HANA) implementations with leading implementation service providers and/or large organizations.
- Experience of working with global organization, managing global stakeholders across different time zone and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in industrialization of IT project delivery, building scalable remote delivery model with combination of internal and external resources, managing cost and quality of large-scale IT projects.
- Good executive presence and the ability to explain complex concepts, trade-offs for fact-based decision-making, and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of working with companies in discrete manufacturing and understanding of different archetypes (e.g., Make To Order, Assemble to Order, Engineer to Order, Make to stock) will be added advantage.
- Certification in Project management methodology (PMP, PRINCE II), SAP Activate and agile methodology is preferred.
