? Assessment of borrower profile, analysis of financial statements and Analysis Cash Flow, personal discussion with the clients to understand their business, finance requirements & creditworthiness.
? Preparation of proposals notes and cash flow projections to be presented to the committee for sanction
? Co-ordination with the internal technical team, legal team, operations team and compliance team to ensure smooth flow of the proposal from log-in to disbursal.
? Drafting of Term sheet, Sanction Letter and loan documents.
? Post disbursement portfolio monitoring of the cases ensuring adherence to all compliances
? Ensuring adequacy of the Security and Receivables cover, tracking the sales of the project and its subsequent collections in the escrow account and monitoring projected cash-flow with actuals. Also servicing borrowers regularly request like NOCs etc.
Key Skills: Should be a CA/MBA with 3-4 years of experience in real estate lending.
Should possess sound knowledge of various real estate products like construction finance, inventory funding, lease rental discounting etc.
Should hold command in MS Excel and MS Word.
