Hiring || Senior Level architect

• Lead cross-disciplinary design coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams

• Conduct thorough reviews of design drawings to identify and resolve inter-disciplinary conflicts

• Manage project timelines and ensure timely issuance of coordinated, approved drawings

• Facilitate coordination meetings, track action items, and drive closure of open issues

• Provide rapid, practical design solutions to support execution and construction teams

• Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project-specific standards

• Maintain rigorous drawing control, documentation protocols, and version tracking systems

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in architectural design and coordination

• Proven track record in residential, commercial, and retail projects (residential mandatory)

• Experience working with developers, project management consultants (PMCs), or reputable design firms

• Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design with practical understanding of MEP and structural systems

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines

• Proficient in digital collaboration tools and open to integrating AI-driven workflows
