- Lead cross-disciplinary design coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams
- Conduct thorough reviews of design drawings to identify and resolve inter-disciplinary conflicts
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely issuance of coordinated, approved drawings
- Facilitate coordination meetings, track action items, and drive closure of open issues
- Provide rapid, practical design solutions to support execution and construction teams
- Verify compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project-specific standards
- Maintain rigorous drawing control, documentation protocols, and version tracking systems
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in architectural design and coordination
- Proven track record in residential, commercial, and retail projects (residential mandatory)
- Experience working with developers, project management consultants (PMCs), or reputable design firms
- Strong foundational knowledge of architectural design with practical understanding of MEP and structural systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Proficient in digital collaboration tools and open to integrating AI-driven workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with a systematic, disciplined approach to work
