  • Support the definition and design of Decision Systems Technology Strategy i.e., build Cloud based Cognitive decision infrastructure for implementation of Advance Analytics with performance at scale.
  • Deliver & execute the roll out of Future State decision system across any HSBC market.
  • Deliver the Decision Optimization program objectives related to development and implementation of Machine learning models, access to new external data and improvement of Credit Straight through processing, Turnaround time etc.
  • Join up with teams to deliver a consistent Cloud based Decisioning Infrastructure across Underwriting, Originations, Fraud and Account Management.
  • Implement best practices and standardize the change management process across various region.
  • Create global standard service levels & deliver management information report to support operational monitoring of Future Decision Systems service.
To be successful, you will:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any of the discipline like Computer Science, IT, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics from a reputed university or MCA from a reputed university.
  • Experience on Python programing, Git, GitHub, Python Test Framework (PyTest), Visual Studio Code (VS Code). Knowledge on python code quality guidelines (PEP 8, SonarQube)
  • Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience on Big Query.
  • Experience on working with Jenkins Pipelines (CI/CD), Airflow DAGs
  • Experience on building user interfaces (UIs) using technologies like React JS, Vue JS
  • Experience on credit decisioning product(s) E.g., Experian Power Curve, SMg3, SAS Intelligent Decisioning, Provenir etc.
