You will be instrumental in developing backend services and APIs that support Twixors digital process automation solutions, empowering businesses to maximize customer engagement through innovative and intelligent platforms.Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill), with hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications for customer-centric platforms.
Comprehensive understanding of Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) for creating RESTful web services, microservices, and business logic implementations.
Strong foundation in Core Java to build robust and maintainable server-side code with efficient error handling and unit testing practices.
Experience with MySQL, demonstrating ability to design and optimize relational databases for high-performance applications.
Knowledge of writing complex queries and stored procedures in MYSQL or SQL for data manipulation, retrieval, and business analysis use cases.
Familiarity with MangoDB and its application in handling unstructured data and integrating NoSQL solutions into hybrid backend architectures.
Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms in web and API development environments.
Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders and front-end developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices to power Twixor's digital engagement platforms and client solutions.
Implement business logic, data storage, and process automation features using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers, solution architects, and product managers to define requirements and deliver seamless customer journeys.
Optimize database access, design schemas, and write efficient queries in MySQL and MangoDB, tailored for fast and secure business transactions.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards, performing regular code reviews and unit testing for quality assurance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in both development and production environments within defined SLAs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to backend development in the messaging and automation domain.
Document technical specifications, solution designs, and best practices to facilitate onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.
