Sr UI/UX Designer

• Lead the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
• Relevant certifications in UX design, HCI, or related fields.
