- Candidates should have strong experience in LV electrical panels (MCC, PCC) and busbar 3D design.
- Mechanical design and development of MCC, PCC, and LV switchboards
- 3D modeling and detailing of busbar systems and enclosures using SolidWorks
- Preparation of complete Build Pack including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, feeder summary, and BOM.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Application of sheet metal fabrication processes including laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and finishing.
- Build pack preparation and BOM generation and ERP system handling.
- Familiarity with IEC 61439-1 & 2, UL 891, UL 845, UL 508A
- Knowledge of EN 15085-2 welding requirements.
