Job Category: Enterprise TechnologyDegree Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalentJob Description:This role will provide enablement service to all Ford development teams globally to accelerate data integration, transformation and data management development. This role will work with all business domains such as Marketing Sales, iERP, Ford Credit, Finance and Accounting, Product Development, manufacturing, data analytics, HR, Purchasing systems etc. Below listed key services this role will provide on Informatica IICS or MDM (not required for both, but nice to know both):1. Enable data integration/ETL delivery by providing consulting services to all development teams:
  • Problem solving for production and critical launches
  • Tool selection
  • Design and develop solution
  • Hiring BI talents
  • Performance tuning
  • How to guidance
2. Drive enterprise technology adoption & onboard PDO teams to IICS or MDM
3. Conduct PoCs for new capabilities and integration
4. Modernize technology / Explore emerging technologies​ ​Responsibilities: * Serve as a consultant to all development teams across enterprise globally to enable the success of the end-to-end data development and system launch.
  • Conduct innovative PoCs for new data integration and capabilities
  • Modernize data integration technologies, e.g., from IICS to IDMC, on-prem MDM to MDM SaaS etc.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise data integration technologies to simplify technology mix and save cost for the enterprise
  • Share data integration best practices and common solutions with all development teams to eliminate duplicated effort
Qualifications:Must have: * Have in-depth knowledge and 10+ years of hands-on experience with multiple technology stack expertise in middleware integration, cloud, API and real-time integration, data transformation and data management.
  • 3+ years of experience in IICS or MDM.
  • Thorough firsthand knowledge on various Google cloud services (BigQuery, PostGreSQL, Google Cloud Storage, Astronomer etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex data integration development and performance issues
  • Have excellent communication skills.
Nice to have: * Exposure to Google Cloud Data Fusion
  • Hands-on experience to develop CI/CD solutions with DevOps tools such as Tekton and GitHub, etc.
  • Upskilled with additional analytics tools for Data Scientists with fair understanding on its concepts and usage in Python/Shell scripting, Kafka and/or Apache NIFI.
  • Understand publishing process using APIGEE gateway.
  • Implement Agile practices using Jira
