- Provide detailed information about the institution's programs, courses, fee structures, and campus facilities.
- Respond to inquiries about admissions, eligibility criteria, and other related queries over the phone.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for counselling sessions, campus visits, or interviews.
- Communicate effectively to build rapport and establish trust with potential students and their families.
- Work closely with the admissions team to meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Keep accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes for reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding frequently asked questions or concerns from prospects.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
