You will work with leaders and teams to shape and tell our talent and business messages, drive engagement and keep employees informed and inspired.Responsibilities:

Support internal/external communication for the Executive Leadership team, e.g., CEO, COO, CBO, CTO, CDO and Head of Human Resources.
Provide bespoke internal/external communications support to our CEO.
Set strategic direction for employee-facing communications, managing the content and distribution channels delivering inspirational story-telling and purposeful communications.
Distill complex topics into compelling messages, build and manage creative campaigns, and design crisp written content.

What you'll bring

15+ years' experience in managing complex global internal communication programs in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Experience leading internal communications for people across the HR ecosystem.
Strong stakeholder management skills: proven ability to persuade, influence and respond to senior leaders and stakeholders; you are a confident and fact-based advisor to senior management who can balance multiple strategic directions and priorities.
High-quality copywriting, speech writing, presentation planning and delivery skills.
Drive communication activities to support transformation, change management and culture initiatives.
Experience in PR/communications ideally in a technology company.
Strong executive presence with excellent interpersonal skills: nonverbal and verbal, informing, presenting, engaging, convincing, aligning, and advising senior leaders.
