- Implement Business Development Strategy for IDA (Interior Design Architect) relationships and project-based lead generation
- Implement Direct Sales Strategy across customer-facing touchpoints via the Sales framework
- Implement Developer Sales Strategy for B2B sales to developers in premium and luxury gated community projects
- Build deep relationships with top Focus IDAs and ensure alignment with the ecosystem
- Build and nurture strong relationships with top developers in Maharashtra for long-term partnerships
- Drive and monitor Sales conversions
- Ensure CRM discipline, Solution Presentations, stakeholder buy-in, and fast closure cycles
- Personally lead or support UHNI high-ticket client closures, especially in luxury projects
- Regularly review and coach the sales team on objections, pricing strategy, and demo quality
- Set, track, and exceed monthly revenue targets and conversion KPIs
- Build and nurture strong relationships with interior designers, architects, PMCs, and lighting consultants
- Implement the IDA Relationship Strategy to create long-term, win-win engagements
- Drive project-based lead generation by identifying fit opportunities from designs, BOQs, and site drawings – even before direct client involvement
- Lead the team to generate leads and pipeline directly from IDA projects
- Plan informal and formal BD activities like workshops, gift strategies, and joint site visits
- Track lead generation, conversion, and engagement health per partner
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with top-tier developers in the premium and luxury residential segment
- Execute a structured Developer Sales Strategy to ensure the company becomes the default automation solution offered to all homebuyers in newly launched gated community projects
- Drive B2B sales conversations with CXOs, project heads, and marketing teams of real estate fi rms to lock the company into their standard home specification or upgrade pathways
- Craft and manage custom revenue-share models, developer agreements, and onboarding frameworks
- Position the company as a lifestyle and brand differentiator in show flats, brochures, walkthrough videos, and launch events
- Ensure solutions are integrated into sample flats, marketing material, and client conversations at the project level
- Generate qualified leads and brand recall through project visibility, gated community showcases, and developer trust
- The Operations In charge of Maharashtra will have a dotted-line reporting relationship with VP – Maharashtra
- The VP will provide strategic oversight, ensure alignment of execution to business goals, and collaborate closely on key project rollouts, customer experience, and escalations
- Coordination between Sales, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Customer Experience will be jointly reviewed and governed under the VP’s leadership for seamless execution
- Own the entire P&L for Maharashtra – revenue, profitability, forecasting, and reporting
- Set monthly targets, review dashboards, and drive operational excellence
- Ensure team compliance with processes and uphold high standards across the board
- Deliver a consistent and premium customer experience from demo to handover
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution, delivery, and support
- 8–15 years of leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, or P&L roles
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue and partnerships in a fast-growth environment
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, smart homes, interiors, or real estate
- Network in the Maharashtra architecture and real estate ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and people management skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi
