Driving technology enablement will be crucial to empowering organizations to realize accelerated benefitsResponsibilities

Act as an SAP Business Advisor within Genpact's SAP Practice team.
Develop differentiated SAP relevant intellectual property and assets, including domain and industry-specific accelerators.
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and lead the solutioning of S/4HANA enabled transformation projects.
Possess relevant domain and technical expertise to oversee end-to-end project delivery, driving clients' SAP S/4HANA transformation agenda, while providing advisory on maximizing the benefits of their SAP transformation.
Lead blueprinting and prepare business benefit cases.
Deliver design and localization from the global template, ensuring business and data readiness, including change management, analytics, and AI.
Develop testing strategies and execute deployment, including FMEA of Day 1 readiness.

Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
MBA degree from a Tier-1 College (Preferable) or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills· Mandatory minimum of years of experience in SAP in one of the following areas:· Project or Workstream Lead (including PMO Lead)· Enterprise Solution Architect or Domain Expert. E.g.· Finance modules with costing, including Central Finance.· Or logistics experience with Supply Chain Management experience· Or building extensions to SAP leveraging BTP· Experience of using Signavio in an S/4 Project would be beneficial.· Must have been a Functional/PMO Lead in large S/4HANA projects or programs for global customers (team size of 50+ people).· Depth of consulting and functional experience across SAP and partner components in your area of expertise.· Strong knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP in your expertise domain and clear vision of related trends in different industries.· Customer-oriented with a taste for challenge, capable of transforming constraints into opportunities.· Natural leadership qualities with recognized customer relationship and business development skills.· Engaging communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including experience in presenting to senior client stakeholders up to and including CxO-level.· Experienced in working in an international environment with cross-functional teams such as business advisory consultants, solution experts, marketing, and sales teams, etc. Ability to create networks across the physical boundaries of countries is essential.· Strong connections with the broader SAP ecosystem and other relevant partner organizations would be a plus.· Offshore or international experience would be a real plus.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
