Standardizes SDLC tools and processes (Agile & Waterfall) for consistent delivery.
Oversees estimation, deployment, and compliance with development standards.
Communicates key policy changes and promotes IT-wide process alignment.
Project & Relationship Management
Leads application development projects with IT, business partners, and vendors.
Drives service delivery excellence, resolves escalations, and ensures SLAs.
Conducts project reviews, manages reporting, and monitors business case alignment.
Vendor & Service Provider Oversight
Validates vendor compliance with MSAs and evolving requirements.
Defines, enforces, and improves provider contracts and service performance.
IT Strategy & Governance Support
Contributes to IT strategic planning, governance, and budgeting processes.
