- Coordinate and execute key Recharges & Allocations activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and deliver essential Recharges & Allocations reports to support financial operations.
- Produce standard financial reports-such as Financial Statements, Functional Cost Reports, and KPI Reports-using My Business or Adhoc Cube Member, ensuring consistent reporting across Area, Region, and Service Line levels.
- Establish and maintain effective review mechanisms to ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant reports.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve process and reporting issues, recommending improvements where appropriate.
- Support the FP&A team with financial analysis, journal entries, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to ad hoc requests from stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Proactively contributes to enhancing the Finance team's visibility within the organization and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global environment while demonstrating respect for diverse international cultures.
- Strong understanding of global reporting and consolidation processes across Area, Region, and Service Line levels.

- High level of computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with complex financial software packages, including Power BI.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (i.e. Accounting, Finance)
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in a related accounting or analysis function
- Good spoken and written English
