This role requires a blend of domain expertise, solution consulting, proposal development, and strong client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience supporting the end-to-end sales lifecycle-from qualification through proposal creation to deal closure.Key Responsibilities1. Proposal & Solution Support- Develop customized proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and capabilities presentations in collaboration with BD/CP, Solutioning, and Delivery teams.- Participate in client discussions and workshops to gather requirements and support solution development.- Build solution frameworks and value propositions aligned with client goals.2. Research & Industry Intelligence- Conduct research on client organizations, market trends, competitors, and emerging insurance technologies.- Provide insights to support deal shaping, solution design, and differentiation.3. Client Engagement & Visit Management- Coordinate and anchor client visits across all Xceedance locations.- Join client calls, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical discussions as a solution partner.4. Internal Collaboration & Governance- Lead the initial deal qualification process, capture inputs, and facilitate qualification meetings with internal teams.- Work closely with cross-functional teams (BD, Delivery, Solutions, Marketing) to ensure seamless alignment through the sales cycle.5.
