You will also take ownership of conducting user research to validate design decisions and ensure the end product meets real user needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Creation:

Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Apply modern UI/UX principles for web and mobile platforms.

User Research:

Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys using appropriate tools.

Synthesize findings into actionable insights and clearly communicate them to the team.

Design Process & Methodology:

Follow structured design processes from discovery to delivery.

Justify design choices based on research, usability standards, and user behavior data.

Collaboration:

Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Coordinate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback and research results.

RequirementsRequirements

1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.

Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design kits, component libraries, and collaboration features.

Understanding of design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, or similar).

Experience using user research and testing tools (e.g., Useberry, Google Forms, or similar).

Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.

Ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional designs.

Good communication skills to present ideas and research findings.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Exposure to front-end development basics (HTML/CSS).

Familiarity with agile or lean product development environments.
