Job Description * Supervision of order receipts & execution as per order management policy of the Company.

Following Company SOP at 100%.
Ensure 100% implementation of 'Doer and Checker' concept.
Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy at batch level.
Thorough monitoring on the below areas.
Monitoring & involving in SSD uploading & timely billing and dispatch
Non-SSD order receipt and billing
Hospital Orders receipts and billing - To follow HO guidelines Strictly
Follow SOPs on NDPS product billing & Dispatch
Monitor E-way bill preparation & LR update.
Monitor Collections, Payments from stockists and timely accounting.
Charge back claims & process.
Expiry/Breakage /Sales returns accounting and process.
Goods Receipts accounting.
Temperature monitoring and reporting to HO as per HO for the Walk in Cooler & AC Storage Area.
Record maintenance of all the above functions.
Customer queries handling and resolution.
Coordinate with depot staff for all depot related functions like receipt, storage & dispatch of goods.
MIS reporting to Marketing staff & HO as per guidelines.
Order execution of Amrita Pharma orders and maintain timelines.
Optival Sales Order execution & claim settlements monitoring.
Conduct routine training and refresher sessions to the team.
