Frame Maintenance:

Oversee and manage all aspects of frame maintenance activities within the organization.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient frame maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Project Management:

Lead and coordinate maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance-related projects effectively.
Adherence to Preventive Maintenance / Predictive Maintenance / TPM:

Establish and enforce preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Implement predictive maintenance techniques to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to optimize overall equipment effectiveness.
Cost Saving:

Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies without compromising on quality.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient resource utilization and innovative maintenance practices.
Spares Management:

Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts inventory.
Implement effective spares management practices to ensure timely availability of critical components.
Team Building:

Build and lead a high-performing maintenance team.
Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Safety Drives:

Champion safety initiatives within the maintenance department.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members.
Involvement in EMS & OHSAS:

Actively participate in Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) activities.
Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental and safety protocols.

Key Skills / Qualification

Qualification: B.Tech

Experience: 8 Years to 12 Years of relevant experience
TPM Implementation:

Develop and execute strategies for the successful implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Preventive Maintenance Program:

Establish and oversee a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment.
Cost Saving Initiatives:

Identify opportunities for cost savings within the maintenance department
Reduction of Breakdowns (B/D):

Implement measures to reduce unplanned breakdowns through proactive maintenance strategies.
MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) Optimization:

Develop and implement strategies to minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) for equipment breakdowns.

Tool Room Maintenance:

Develop and enforce a robust tool room maintenance program.

MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) Optimization:
