Legal Manager

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate and construction projects.
• Draft, review agreement of sale & Deed of Conveyance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, development, and construction matters.
• Handle disputes and litigation related to real estate and construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate legal risks.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and update policies accordingly.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction documentation for property acquisitions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and construction law.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, construction contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
