Salary: Max 4 LPA Education: Any Location: Ananthpur. Contract to hire. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Oversaw ~2X order growth in Ludhiana. Managing a team of 200-300 Delivery Partners & 5 Executives directly on the daily basis. Pickup & Delivery Partner attendance to be maintained basis demand on the daily basis. Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience. Conduct classroom/ field training at an individual level for better customer experience. Ensure excellent customer experience by solving order level escalations. Reduce overall monthly attrition by 5% point. Reduced SLAs, attrition and increased compliance as well as serviceability (
99%). Able to analyses and pull out complex data from SQL for better analysis and forecasting. Owned the field operations for Dash (Stores) Gurgaon, Managing a fleet of over 500 riders. Ensure to deliver real time items of grocery and vegetables for better customer experience.
