Job Description:Job Purpose:To manage and expand relationships with web aggregators and fintech partners, driving salesof life insurance products through these digital channels.Key Accountabilities:1. Sales Management:o Drive the sales of ABSLI life insurance products through existing webaggregator partners.o Identify and onboard new fintech companies with a strong digital presence inthe industry who sell life insurance directly or indirectly.2. Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners,ensuring alignment with their business requirements.o Engage continuously with partners to enhance their focus and mindshare onABSLI products.3. Stakeholder Coordination:o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, marketing) to ensureseamless service delivery and support to partners.o Coordinate with external stakeholders, including web aggregators and fintechcompanies, to align strategic goals and achieve business objectives.4. Market Research and Development:o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesfor growth and development in the web aggregator space.o Provide insights and recommendations for new product development anddigital strategies.Key Requirements:1. Experience:o Prior experience in the life insurance industry, particularly in managing digitalsales channels or partnerships.2. Skills and Competencies:o Proficient in MS Office, with strong analytical and reporting skills.o Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record ofmanaging key accounts.o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toinfluence and negotiate effectively.o Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and driveresults.3. Education:o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
