Looking for an experienced professional to develop and implement effective collection strategies for retail lending products. The role involves analysing portfolio performance, optimising processes, ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines, and improving recovery rates through data-driven decisions.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute collection strategies to maximise recoveries.Analyse performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.Coordinate with risk, operations & analytics teams for process optimisation.Monitor collection agencies and ensure adherence to compliance norms.Prepare and present MIS reports for management.Requirements:Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in collections or collection strategy (BFSI preferred).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel/reporting tools.Knowledge of RBI and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesApply: Mail your resume to resume@staffiaa.com with subject line: "Officer (Collection Strategy)"for further Queries WA: 6307183014RegardsUtprerika Srivastava
