Job DescriptionThe Global Loans Services team manages the complete operational lifecycle of a loan, which includes primary loan origination, secondary loan trading, agency, servicing and documentation. The role provides an excellent opportunity for development and progression and includes a high degree of interaction with senior stakeholders within Operations as well as Investment Banking/Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Legal, Compliance and Finance. Responsibilities:· Secure, maintain, and safeguard all documentation related to the primary issuance and secondary trading of syndicated loan transactions.· Manage the amendment process for primary and secondary positions.· Maintain and grant access to external web sites for dissemination of loan documentation· Work with other teams within loan operations, trading assistants, Credit, and the sales desk. Staff will be involved in metrics reporting for the team as well as assisting with some of the process reengineering initiatives currently underway.· Responsible for maintaining loan documentation at closing and periodically throughout the life of the loan as dictated by the terms of the Credit Agreement.Qualifications:· Freshers are with 1st class in graduation or max 2 Years experience in supporting Loans Products which includes primary loan origination, secondary loan trading, agency, servicing and documentation.· Experience in financial services operations and risk management related to daily processing, escalation of issues and proposed resolution.· Ability to drive change and improve efficiencies on the team and work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.· Self-motivated and willing to assume extended responsibility.· Knowledge of SEC documents is a priority asset.· Candidate must be well organized, and communicate well orally and written.· Candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to project style work environment with deadlines.· Must have proven ability to multi-task, follow processes and procedures yet work independently.· Strong control mindset and excellent stakeholder/relationship management.· Fluent in written and spoken English.· LoanIQ experience is preferred.· Flexible to work in shifts.1.Years of exp -Fresher to 2 Years exp max (candidate should Graduate in BCOM, BMS, BAF, BBI)2.Shift timing - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM3.Contract duration - 1 Year4.Acceptable Notice Period - pref Immediate Joining or max 1month Notice5.WFO/Hybrid - Hybrid (Only 2 Days in a week allowed from home, During initial period for training compulsory WFO)6.Location- Mumbai7.Must have skillset - MS Office, Excellent Communication8.Good to have skillset - Basics about capital market, Corporate Loan market understanding,
