Read more about ourTo know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit and the .What role you will play in our teamAs an experienced Water Treatment Engineer, you will be part of the global Environmental Engineering department, ExxonMobil. You will contribute to generating business value for the company through improvement activities, operational troubleshooting, and project support in an open, innovative and collaborative environment with high quality, capital efficient analyses. You will provide engineering expertise to support across our global operations including new projects, focusing on raw water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reduction & reuse initiatives.What you will do

Support facilities operations: Lead asset monitoring and analysis for ExxonMobil's global manufacturing facilities for raw water treatment and wastewater treatment, review use of advanced tools to provide technical insights, aid in troubleshooting and optimize performance.
Proactively engage with facilities to identify and implement improvement opportunities to achieve competitive business results.
Lead or support project development: design, development, engineering, and start-up of new and/or modified facilities
Collaborate with other global technology experts in the evaluation, development, and deployment of raw water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reduction & reuse technologies.
Proactive collaboration and contribution to assigned teams.
Visits to operating sites and other travel may be required.

About YouSkills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this role, you must have:

Bachelor's degree or Higher in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent from AICTE recognized university
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, troubleshooting, and or design of raw water and wastewater treatment solutions, preferably for the oil and gas and petrochemical Industrial sector.
Authorization to work in India.
Candidates must be willing and able to travel or relocate as required, including internationally.
Demonstrated knowledge in engineering and operation of raw water and wastewater treatment processes.
Demonstrated experience in raw water and wastewater treatment unit troubleshooting and start-ups.
Problem solving skills: Identify and implement improvements and apply broad technical and business skills and expertise to solve complex problems.
English fluency a must; Petro-chemical industry experience preferred
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment

About you cont....Functional Competencies:

Ability to deliver high quality design and project development deliverables within schedule and on budget.
Effective interface management skills to help incorporate input from various technical specialties into design deliverables.
Technical support for one or more facilities involving areas such as Refining Processes, Chemical Processes, Hydrogen & Ammonia generation, Carbon capture & sequestration, FPSO, FPU, FLNG and FSRU, LNG Liquefaction & Regasification facilities,
Knowledgeable in the selection and application of raw water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for aforementioned areas
Design new process equipment and evaluate existing equipment to ensure compliance with modified operating parameters.
Preferred Experience in planning and executing brownfield modifications & major upgrades to existing facilities.
