We are seeking a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent client satisfaction and post-sale support. This includes managing client relationships, overseeing real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.   • 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of post-sales processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM software (e.g., Rex Real Estate CRM)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience in client servicing within the real estate industry is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the post-sale process
  • Oversee real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and contractual requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and streamline post-sale activities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share insights, performance metrics, and recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives
