- Lead, train and scale inside sales team to achieve defined targets on onboarding providers onto Practo.
- Work on developing sales pitch, pricing options and outreach methods for sales team
- Track and analyze sales data to improve processes and performance.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organization
- Daily reporting on Sales tools
- Maintain high quality of customer service and communicate product and user feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
- Work with business team to develop strategies to upsell product and improve company topline
- Take responsibility for goal setting, feedback and appraisal for inside sales team members
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of overall experience in Inside Sales; minimum 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive team targets in a high-volume call environment.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
