Register and follow up orders in SAP4Hana (Booking, follow-up with planning, Order Confirmation, Delivery follow-up, Shipping processMake sure registered information is correct according to agreement with customer and internal regulations. Interaction with internal teams (Sales, Planning, SCM and Logistics). Arranging Kick-off call or Gate meetings against orders.On time submission of Order Acknowledgement. Make sure product is manufactured and delivered on time as per the agreed date.Invoice customer, follow up and ensure invoices are paid on time in SAP4Hana. Identifies potential risks in Order execution.Selection of Products based on the customer specification. Prepared and submit technical/Commercial tender for internal and external customer.Handling of inquiries together with ASM and technical Customer Support Team, send final Quotation to the customer and process order including OA submission. 5 years of experience, with a combination of Order Management and/or tender/quotation experience.Experience from any previous role in sales and marketing with a similar global environment is a plus. Good knowledge in Tap Changer and Bushings.Basic understanding on retrofitting of Tap changer and Bushings.Should have high degree of inter-cultural sensitivity, targeted oriented working style and drive to succeed.Knowledge in SAP S4HANA (Order Management Module) is added advantage.Ability to interpret product specifications.
