- Assist the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the digital product roadmap and backlog for ford.com.
- Support the creation of detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs and business objectives.
- Help track product development progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Rollout Of Digital Experiences:
- Actively participate in the coordination and rollout of new digital experiences across various IMG markets on ford.com.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with global marketing, regional marketing and IT to ensure market-specific requirements, localization, and compliance are addressed.
- Support the Product Manager in managing deployment schedules, stakeholder communications, and post-launch monitoring.
- Data Analysis & User Understanding:
- Assist in analysing data from ford.com (e.g., web analytics, user behaviour, A/B test results) to gain deep user understanding for digital 'buy' journeys.
- Help conduct competitive benchmarking of digital experiences and identify emerging market wants and digital trends.
- Contribute to regular performance reporting, helping to identify insights and opportunities for optimization within the digital purchase funnel
- Funnel Metric Improvement & Lead Generation Support:
- Support initiatives aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the digital purchase funnel, such as conversion rates, engagement, and online sales completion.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the digital journeys to enhance the quality and volume of online transactions and associated revenue.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and digital operations teams to ensure alignment on digital experience goals.
- Project Management & Cross-Geographical Coordination:
- Serve as a key point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and issue resolution with global teams.
- Maintain project documentation, track tasks, and manage timelines to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital product support, digital marketing, publishing, project management, or data analysis within a digital context.
- Proven experience in supporting the execution of digital projects or product rollouts.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in interpreting web analytics data to derive insights.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with experience working across multiple geographies/time zones.
- Familiarity with digital 'buy' experiences, e-commerce platforms, or transactional websites
- Experience in the automotive industry or with large, global consumer-facing websites.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
- Analytics & Reporting: Working knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely) and concepts of conversion rate optimization.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Data Visualization: Basic understanding or familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
