2. Experience in Cell based bioassays (Invitro) and Non-cell-based bioassays like Binding assays, etc.
3. Excellent understanding of concepts in cell biology. Should have good knowledge on statistic and software related to bioassay.
4. Basic knowledge in Cell line maintenance like Cell line revival, Passaging, Cell Banking, and Aseptic techniques. Preparation, characterization, and maintenance of Cell Banks.
5. Knowledge on techniques like Flow cytometry, Surface plasmon resonance and PLA application.
6. Analysis of Finished product, stability and other study samples testing with compliance.
7. Report and raise the deviations, lab incidents and Out of Specification in time.
8. Involved in analytical Method Transfer and Method Validation.
9. Ensuring effective implementation of EHS management system in the organization and adherence to laboratory safety.
10. To ensure all the relevant Instrument/Equipment's calibration performed in the team as per relevant SOPs.
11. Other lab compliance activities as and when assign.Key Responsibilities1. Adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice).
