Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Marsh. This role will be based out of Gurgaon / Mumbai - India. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.A Lead Specialist - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for enhancing reporting processes, providing actionable insights, and ensuring highest standards of data quality and governance.We will count on you to:Provide solutions to reporting requirements and translate data into insightsSupport the development of management intelligence dashboards in agile environmentCapture all process related updates and exceptions. Share report on timely basisConduct In-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesUtilize Statistical techniques and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistencyDesign, develop, automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutionsContribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and proceduresImplement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrityGood skills in creating attractive dashboards using Excel, Power Point, etc.Documentation of processes and test results. Standards, and procedures.SPOC for any process related updates and queriesWhat you need to have:Bachelor’s / MBA / Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics and reportingKnowledge of Insurance, Pension and Career domain is preferredStrong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, attention to details.
