Job Description : 1. Organizational Understanding : -Basic Knowledge of understanding the practicality of business and awareness of organizational goals and vision, key initiatives. - Basic awareness of value chain and ability to align with organization 2 Industry Understanding & Competitive Awareness: - Exhibit knowledge of industry rivals in terms of economic & commercial environment. - Knowledge about insurance regulatory body IRDA and adhere to its compliance and guidelines 3. Product Knowledge: - Knowledge of preferred and non- preferred products of each category. to agents. 4. Customer Centricity: - Knowledge of customer needs and pitch right products to them and maintain warm relations. - Ability to segregate customers on suitable criteria. 5. Sales Execution: -Knowledge of different selling techniques to help agents closing deals. Skill to negotiate with agents and to help agent negotiate with customers. 6. Sales Strategy: - Knowledge of profitable health products to push through agents. - Ability to identify team members to drive targets. 7 . Channel Development : - Understanding of basic knowledge of partner capability development program to identify skill gaps and recommend relevant interventions. 8. New Sales Partner Acquisition: -Demonstrate basic knowledge of organizational initiatives for attracting sales partners. - Align with organizational business value proposition for sales partners in pitching product. . 9 . Service Orientation : - Ability to manage customer expectations and provide high quality service for efficient delivery. - Ability to coordinate internally to provide customer support for policy issuance. - Knowledge of net premium amount of key products and driving business profitability while explaining the same Education/Qualification:Graduate/ Post Graduate Years Of Exp :3 to 6 Years
