Customer Support Executive - Location: Bellary Road, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face - Experience Required: years in Healthcare/Medical Customer ServiceJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a background in the hospital and healthcare industry to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling prescription support and managing healthcare customer interactions in line with international support exposure.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment with professionalism and courtesy.- Accurately manage and process medical prescriptions while adhering to compliance standards.- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email support for internal and external stakeholders.- Support patients and healthcare providers by resolving prescription-related issues.- Manage and resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records while ensuring data privacy and HIPAA compliance.- Address escalated cases and handle complex prescription scenarios efficiently.Perform root cause analysis to resolve customer challenges swiftly.Key Requirements:- Prior experience in customer service within the medical or healthcare industry preferred. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.- Experience in handling customer complaints, offering timely and effective resolutions.- A proactive and customer-centric approach with a passion for excellence.Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in telemedicine, online pharmacies, or US support.- Understanding of insurance claim processes and prior authorization workflows.- Familiarity with e-prescribing systems and the US pharmacy network.- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast-paced work environment.- Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare domain will be given preference.If you are committed to delivering high-quality support in a healthcare setting, we'd love to hear from you!
