- Brand Strategy and Positioning: Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across all digital platforms. Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand alignment in all communications and campaigns.
- Performance Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives (Meta, Google, etc.) to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- E-commerce Management: Manage the D2C website (Shopify or equivalent), ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, product launches, discounts and festive offers in coordination with the marketing team .
- Website Merchandising: Monitor, and update product listings, banners, pricing, and inventory across the site; coordinate with design and tech teams as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, operations, design, and customer care teams to align sales efforts and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Monitor online customer behavior, traffic and conversion data to suggest improvements in user experience, return rates, and order fulfilment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in online/D2C, E-Commerce, or fashion brand marketing preferably in reputed apparel or fashion brand.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and google analytics
