This role reports to the Sr. Director - Talent. What will I be doing Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across Zenoti from initial job posting to candidate offer stage. Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top-tier candidates. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values. Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador for Zenoti, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and unbiased selection process. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously refining our approach to talent acquisition. What skills do I need 7 to 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SaaS Product Organizations. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring global top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
