CIO Relationship Management● Personally manage the Tier 1 CIO list (top 50 CIOs globally) — minimum one meaningful touchpoint per CIO every 6 weeks● Build genuine relationships — understand each CIO's business priorities, current technology challenges, career stage, and professional interests● Maintain CIO intelligence briefs in Zoho CRM — update after every interaction with conversation notes, priorities discussed, and next action● Facilitate introductions between CIOs and relevant technology vendors when appropriate — positioning GEC as a trusted knowledge broker● Identify opportunities to feature CIOs as speakers, panellists, or contributors across GEC platforms (events, Newswire, CXO Wire series)CIO 200 Programme Oversight● Oversee the CIO 200 Programme — 200 verified CIO profiles across 50 countries — built and managed by the Research Analyst● Review and approve the quarterly CIO persona refresh; ensure tier classifications (Tier 1/2/3) remain accurate● Design and approve the personalised outreach messaging framework used by Outreach Executives for Tier 2 and Tier 3 CIOs● Handle all inbound responses from any CIO outreach — no CIO response is handled by an Outreach Executive without CIO Rel. Mgr reviewEvent Pipeline — CIO Acquisition● Lead the CIO acquisition strategy for all GEC events — Global CIO Forum summits, regional roundtables, bespoke tech shows● Personally send event invitations to all Tier 1 CIOs for every relevant event — personalised, not templated● Brief the Event Pipeline Executive on target delegate profiles for each event; review invitation messaging before it goes to Tier 2/3 CIOs● Manage VIP CIO experience at events — coordinate with Dubai Events team on seating, agenda, networking facilitationRequirementsMust-Have● 5–7 years of experience in B2B relationship management, enterprise account management, or C-level engagement● Demonstrated experience engaging with senior technology executives (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT) in a professional context● Outstanding communication skills — written and spoken English at a near-native professional level● Emotionally intelligent — able to read a conversation, know when to push and when to listen● Experience with CRM systems for relationship tracking (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)● Comfortable with LinkedIn as a professional networking and outreach toolStrongly Preferred● Background in B2B technology media, IT services, management consulting, or enterprise technology sales● Experience working with multinational or Middle East-based organisations● Knowledge of enterprise technology landscape — cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation terminology● Experience using VoIP telephony platforms for international calling
