- Worked on Times Off, Time Tracking & Benefits modules.
- Exposure on HCM and SF Integration from EC Side.
- Experience in building and supporting SF-SAP BIB Integration, Integration Center and CPI Integrations between SF and other non-SAP systems
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR or IT; or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years' experience in IT/HRIS/HR with minimum 5+ years of SAP/Success Factors experience preferred.
- Preferred 3-4 SuccessFactors Implementation Experience
- Required Success Factors Certification in EC
- Certifications in other modules as beneficial like RCM / ONB
- Play a key role in SuccessFactors (SF) implementation for all HR modules to document and understand current processes, work with transition teams to understand any process changes, ensure implementation of different modules including testing, and support modules going forward for all updates and configuration changes.
- Act as testing lead for any of the above SuccessFactors Projects and liaison with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate test strategy, test scenario, test plan and act as testing coordinator.
- Translate HR and other business needs into specifications for IT and implementation partners
- Handle complex issues that is escalated from your peers or other team members.
- Build, monitor, enhancement and maintain SF-SAP(BIB) and SF to non-SAP (API Integrations) if needed for this role.
- Lead annual and mid-year HR processes for SF modules including understanding and leading and configuration changes for SF modules. Update training, templates, route maps and reports to support changes to the annual processes. Manage user access, eligibility, managers/planning managers for year-end processes. Leads all testing initiatives in preparation for year-end processes. Works with IT to develops reports and dashboards for all our user communities.
- Partner with SAP and SF to identify and evaluate the new versions and updates to SuccessFactors HR modules.
- Act as a back-up on other SuccessFactors modules for which this role does not primarily support
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels and functional teams within the organization and with 3rd party implementation partners. Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
- Broad working knowledge of HR functions/business processes. Advanced analytical, problem solving skills, and organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and focus on issue identification and systematically gathering relevant information.
