Job Description:Production:Establishing precast facility as per schedule in co-ordination with Construction Methods Planning team.Preparing production schedule based on construction schedule.Guiding precast staff, monitoring and ensuring production to achieve target number of precast elements.Workout logistics, arranging and managing manpower for smooth functioning of yard.Interfacing with MEP & Finishing team for embedment in precast.Ensuring reconciliation of material as per agreed quantity.Ensuring ACE provision for precast works.Monitoring safety and quality at yard.Erection:Preparing erection schedule based on units to be handed over.Ensuring stock of precast elements as per the requirement.Ensuring erection of precast panels as per standard practices.Optimizing Plant & Machinery at site.Monitoring safety and quality during erection of precast elements at site.Resolving technical issues in coordination with design team, planning team, CMPC and client’s representative.Interfacing with finishing team to ensure smooth handing over.Handing over of units as per the schedule.
