We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site installation of façade, curtain wall, and glazing systems as per project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of facade works. Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with approved design and quality standards. Monitor site progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and safety guidelines are followed. Conduct regular inspections and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions. Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in site execution within the facade/glass industry. Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum, curtain wall systems, and structural glazing techniques. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
