- Act as a key support specialist for SAP Fieldglass production operations, managing fixes for recurring issues working closely with AMS vendor and MSP representatives

- Participate in functional design discussions, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and hyper care.
- functional teams (HR IT, Procurement, Finance, MSP, IT integration teams).
- Support in standardization initiatives including config and data optimization

- Coordinate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Support change management, knowledge transfer, and handover activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for contingent workforce processes.
- Collaborate with Product owner to obtain necessary inputs to update the product to support process or policy changes.
- Drive the operations support and demand management process to support and consult in identifying and prioritizing requirements and opportunities. This proactive approach ensures the organization can effectively respond to changing requirements, maintaining a stable operational environment.
- 5-7 years of experience working on SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce / Services Procurement).
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Requisitions & Work Orders
- Time & Expense / Timesheets
- Invoicing & Reporting
- on experience in production support and issue resolution.
- country implementations or rollouts.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to work with global stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience working with MSP models and external service providers.
- Experience in developing integrations with downstream or upstream systems
- Experience with process standardization or harmonization initiatives.
