Job Summary:* We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our customer care team in Bhopal. This position involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Men will work in rotational shifts, while women will have a fixed day shift from 10 AM to 7 PM. Training will be provided with a stipend of 5000 rupees for 30 days. *Key Responsibilities:* - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional responses. - Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. requirements:* - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to work in rotational shifts for men and day shifts for women. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. - Knowledge of Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, or Oriya is a plus. - Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bhopal.
