- Order Processing: Accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while maintaining attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new export markets and drive sales growth by developing strategic plans for the pharma product lines.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business objectives.
- Generate leads and proactively follow up on potential business opportunities to broaden customer base and increase market share.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure the timely delivery of products to international customers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about global trends and adjust strategies accordingly for competitive advantage.
