Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced RF Design Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge RF systems from concept to realization. This position demands a hands-on approach to architecting, implementing, and validating high-performance RF front-end designs, with a strong emphasis on system integration and optimization.Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy complete RF systems across various application domains
Create and refine RF front-end modules including power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, filters, and related components
Perform detailed simulations, prototyping, and testing to enhance system performance and reliability
Design and integrate digital electronic subsystems to ensure smooth interoperability with RF components

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware design and system-level development
Demonstrated expertise in building complex RF architectures, especially involving front-end modules
Solid grounding in RF theory, electromagnetic principles, and system behaviour
Skilled in using industry-standard RF simulation and design tools
Strong knowledge of RF PCB layout, signal integrity, and high-frequency design best practices
Proficiency with RF test and measurement equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
Experience with EMI/EMC standards and designing systems for compliance
Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and their applications in modern systems
Experience in antenna design and integration into RF systems
