Researching new technology and competitive products. Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes related to Hydraulics components integration.
Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into end-to-end hydraulics integration design from machine layout, component selection & placement, detail design of lines, component development with suppliers, pilot build & support till production.
Selection of hydraulics calculations like line sizing, pressure drop, velocity, flow characteristics etc.,
Collaboration with Suppliers, manufacturing, assembly and serviceability in development of Hydraulics components.
Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.
Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. CAT tools & process experience preferred.
