- Researching new technology and competitive products. Organizing, coordinating, and executing the building, testing, and analysis of prototypes related to Hydraulics components integration.
- Developing and documenting functional requirements and translating into end-to-end hydraulics integration design from machine layout, component selection & placement, detail design of lines, component development with suppliers, pilot build & support till production.
- Selection of hydraulics calculations like line sizing, pressure drop, velocity, flow characteristics etc.,
- Collaboration with Suppliers, manufacturing, assembly and serviceability in development of Hydraulics components.
- Participating in buy-build analysis for product components.
- Participating in and supporting proposal preparation, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. CAT tools & process experience preferred.
