- Define and implement Azure cloud architecture to support SaaS-based applications.
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform for consistent, automated environment provisioning.
- Architect solutions covering:
- Containers and Kubernetes
- App Services, Blobstore, and application hosting
- Networking, ExpressRoute, Load balancers
- SaaS multi-tenancy architectures
- Backup, Disaster Recovery, Multi-region and Multi-zone deployments
- High availability, resilience, and failover strategies
- Establish governance and monitoring practices leveraging App Insights, Azure Monitoring, Security Center, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, Application Config, Policies.
- Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to build secure CI/CD pipelines and automate release processes.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and cost-efficiency standards.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and act as a trusted technical advisor across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategy and architecture roadmaps with business objectives.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Azure services: Containers, Kubernetes, App Services, Blobstore, Networking, ExpressRoute, Load balancers.
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS multi-tenancy architectures and scalable solution design.
- Hands-on experience with multi-region/multi-zone deployments, DR, HA, and backup strategies.
- Proficiency with Terraform (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Deep knowledge of cloud networking, identity & access management, and security controls.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Experience with App Insights, Monitoring, Security Center, Sentinel, Defender, Key Vault, Application Config, and Policies.
- Proven expertise in cost optimization, FinOps practices, and governance frameworks.
- Exposure to multi-cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards (CIS, NIST).
- Experience in large-scale cloud migration projects.
- Strong architectural, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfort working in a global delivery model (India–US overlap).
