As a Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Team Leadership and Management: Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and take corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive high performance and team collaboration. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
