- 5 - 7 Years Banking domain experience with Business Analysis background in BFSI. Expertise in Trade Finance/Financial Markets/Lending Products will be appreciated
- Understanding of Financial Reporting would be added advantage
- Ensure smooth landing of management reporting projects into finance infrastructure - by understanding the service needs, representing them in enterprise project discussions.
- End-to-end Project Management across finance infrastructure covering IA, Requirements, Test Strategizing, UAT to Post-implementation support
- Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with various project/program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams.
- Build strong relationships with key delivery partners, and ensure efficiencies and synergies are realised across programmes.
- Build effective communication channels with wider senior finance leadership.
- Ensure effective governance and project management standards are applied across all delivery responsibilities
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to focus on multiple initiatives and subjects at the same time
- Timely escalation of risks and issues - and resolving service issues through enterprise projects
- Drive stronger governance of project management, user testing, audit trails, manage by key metrics
- Maintain strong collaboration with finance functions, product teams to perform service-ready project execution. Excellence in service delivery measured by tangible results in terms on positive feedback/appreciation from project / business teams.
